Our experience...
Breakfast: Eggs
Lunch: Mediterranean salad and chicken
Dinner: Eggs
The first day wasn’t as bad as I was expecting it to be. From all the reviews that i have been reading about, a lot of the them said how they felt dizzy and lethargic throughout the day. Maybe it is because of how I usually don’t that much doughy sugary foods a lot? But in terms of energy and mood I would say I was pretty ok, so far so good in terms of the diet and its effects towards me!
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs & Avocado
Lunch: Salad with salmon
Dinner: Veggie Omelette
The third day was a little less appealing than the first. The headaches and dizziness were coming into play and the sudden feeling of lethargy had me slumped throughout the day. At first I thought maybe it was how little I was eating but i soon realized it was the amount of protein and fat i was consuming in comparison to the non existent carbs that I usually have at least once throughout the day.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs & avocado
Lunch: Chicken & broccoli
Dinner: Veggie omelette
The fifth day was one hundred percent worse than the days prior. Whenever I thought i could complete a task at my job i became nauseous and had to lean onto something just to stand upright. It probably didn’t help that I was being the most boring cook, but with the little time I had easy quick food was my best option. As dramatic it may sound carbohydrates were a huge part of my life and that's probably why I wasn’t feeling my best these past couple of days.
