Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 block of firm pressed tofu
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat.
- Add small blocks of crumbled readily pressed and dried tofu. Cook for 3-4 mins
- Add seasonings and stir for another 3-5 minutes
- Serve with spinach, avocado, mini bell peppers, etc!
Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup celery
- 3-4 tbsp vegenaise
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- onion
- avocado
- mustard
Instructions
- In a food processors carefully mash chickpeas. Only needs a few blends!
- Transfer mashed chickpeas to a larger bowl or remove blade and stir in seasonings
- Serve as is or in a salad, as a sandwich or a wrap!
